CUSTOM MADE PLASTIC COMPONENTS

Making custom-tailored plastic components is a service our company provides to customers from various fields and at different levels of complexity:

• manufacture of individual components
• manufacture of components and their assembly
• complete assembly of products from manufactured components and the customer's materials

The components are manufactured exclusively using the customer's tools and injection, blow molding and profile extrusion technologies. Our company guarantees proper storing, regular maintenance and preservation of the tools and warrants that the customer's tools will not be delivered to anyone else. If the customer does not have any tool available, we will provide an offer for its manufacture at one of our certified manufacturers.

Technologies:

• Injection
  We have available equipment with 320 kN to 3200 kN (32-320 tons) of power pressure with hydraulic setting, coloring tools and additional tool tempering. Some equipment has core tractors and can process glass-filled materials including drying.
  Materials processed: PS, HDPE, LDPE, PA, PP, PC, SAN, ABS

   

• Blow molding
  We have available 2 pieces of equipment from Chodos Chodov CZ with coloring tools; they are designed for blow molded bodies of up to 4 liters of volume.
  Materials processed: PP, HDPE, LDPE

   

• Profile extrusion
  Our GDK extruder is capable of making profiles weighing 60-250 g per common meter and 0.5 to 2.5 meters long.
  Our AC extruder is capable of making profiles weighing 111-460 g per common meter and 0.5 to 3.0 meters long.
  Materials processed: PVC, PS, and ABS granulates
