Food-industry LDPE foils and hoses are used for packing food.
They are suitable for packing salt, sugar, cabbage, frozen products (vegetables, soup, etc.), feeding and grass mixtures, etc.
They may be transparent or colored (mostly white). Hoses can be cut on one side (thus creating a half-hose will) up to 230 mm of width.

 

Food-industry LDPE foils and hoses used for packing milk and similar dairy products (cream, whipped cream, etc.).
They are usually transparent or colored (usually black-and-white) and are manufactured on double-conveyor equipment.

 

Food-industry BOPP foils are used for packing food, such as dried fruits, salty sticks and chips, spice, ice cream, etc.
They are usually transparent, white (so-called nacre) or metallic. If requested, they may be made as dual-layer pasted foils in combination with the same or another type of foil.

 

Technical LDPE foils and hoses are designed for the construction industry, agriculture, etc. with shrink-wrap foils designed for packing consumer products.
They are manufactured on double-conveyor equipment and are usually transparent or colored based on the customer's needs (laying gas or phone lines under the ground, security perimeters around high-risk areas, etc.). They are available in enriched LDPE or without slick additives. Various fixing agents can also be included (e.g., UV stabilization or antistatic treatment). Hoses can be cut on one side (thus creating a half-hose will) up to 230 mm of width.

 

We can print most available foils based on the customer's individual needs. The simplest printing method is 1-color flexography performed during foil extrusion. This method is used for printing recycling labels and the type of plastic prescribed by law. It is also suitable for printing endless texts on simple packages.
Another printing method is flexography with up to 4 colors, usually line block. This method is used for printing company logos with related printing of company promotional bags.
More demanding prints are made with flexography with up to 6 colors using a central printing roller (maximum width 600 mm). This method is used for screen printing and printing with additional colors on most food-industry foils, including BOPP or PET foils.
The foils may be delivered printed and pasted in several different combinations.
The graphics template is produced and printing subsequently prepared individually with each customer.
