FOOD FOILS
Food LDPE foils and hoses are used for food packaging. They are suitable for packing grain products, salt, sugar, cabbage and frozen food products (vegetables, soups, etc.) and the like. They may be transparent or colored (usually white). The hose can be cut on one side (created) up.
Width: 40 -1800 mm
Strength: 0.025 to 0.200 millimeters (depending on width)
Material: LDPE or any combination of a custom recipe
Packaging: Paper coiled tubes with an internal diameter of 76 mm.
MILK FOILS AND HOSE
Food LDPE film and hoses used for packaging milk and other similar milk products (cream, whipped cream, etc.).
They may be transparent or colored (usually white or black and white).
Width: 700 - 1800 mm
Strength: 0.04 to 0.200 mm
Material: LDPE or any combination of a custom recipe
Packaging: Paper coiled tubes with an internal diameter of 76 mm.
FOOD BOPP FOILS
Food BOPP foils are mainly used for food packaging. They are suitable for example for packaging grain products, dried fruits, salted sticks, chips, ice cream, etc. They are usually transparent, white (called nacre), or metallics.
If required, can be supplied as a two-layer laminated film in combination with the same or another type of foil.
Width: up to 600 mm
Strenght: from 0.02 to 0.05 mm
Material: BOPP foils, clear, pearl effect or metallized
Packaging: Paper coiled tubes with an internal diameter of 76 mm.
TECHNICAL FOILS AND INCLUDING SHRINK HOSE
Technical LDPE foils and hoses are designed for construction, agriculture, etc., then shrink to fix and packaging of consumer products. They are produced on transparent or colored by the customer (laying gas or telephone lines, security demarcation of risk areas, etc.). Is it possible to integrate various stabilizers (eg, UV stabilization, UV absorber or a antistatic). The hose can be cut on one side (created) up.

WARNING TAPES
Warning tapes are designed for a variety of border limitation and the required place.

Most of the offered foils is printed based on individual customer needs. The simplest form of print 1 color flexographic printing directly from the foil extrusion. Used to print the legally prescribed recycling characters and the type of plastic. It is also suitable for printing endless texts on lightweight packaging.
Other, less printing method, a flexographic printing up to 4 colors, usually line drawings. It is used in printing corporate logos often in conjunction with subsequent production of promotional bags.
Demanding prints are made flexographic printing to 6 color technology a central printing cylinder, max width 600 mm. This is used when printing raster and complementary colors on most foils. Basically we use quality input materials and inks, including alternate colors with high light fastness.
